In what most people would consider a great day for ducks the team set out with mark and stuart both getting wins against tough opponents .Gareth and Brendan let the tough conditions get into there heads but both fought hard and did not give up ,Aaron had a very tough game against a young mcIlroy who won the last two holes to get a half match ,and at the end conor Montgomery put in a great performance to canter to a gret win ,its only half time but we are still fighting

A lovely day and downpatrick looked great ,the team played well and mark got us off to a good start all that was needed was another half point but the team came in with a couple of quick wins and the last two matches were called in looking forward to holywood in the next round ,a special thanks to Alan ,Kenny,Tom ,Danny who helped move the team

A great result does not tell the whole story ,the weather was not very good and the team played extremely well ,it gives us a great platform for the away leg on Friday ,the team played great but an exceptional performance from young Darren who won well having to give 8 shots away
