Junior Cup Result Regrettably the ladies are out of the Junior Cup having been defeated marginally by Larne at the neutral venue Cairndhu on Bank Holiday Monday. We knew that Larne would be tough opposition but that didn’t dampen the team spirit on the day We made initial gains with Rockmount taking 2 of the first 3 matches in . With the last two matches going all square at the 18th it was back up that hilly 19th for both. Well it simply wasn’t to be Rockmount’s day with the Larne ladies each taking the 19th . It certainly was a nail biting finish and a disappointing one for Rockmount. Our thanks to all the Junior Cup team players for their great efforts in both rounds: Ciara Agnew, Barbara Fleet ,Maureen Entwistle, Noreen Mickhael, Andrea Patterson and Diane Patterson.
