| On Sunday 18th April the first round was played against North West Buncrana. On a cold windy day the team coped well with the fast links course.We lost two matches and won one. Leaving North West with 2 matches and one hole up. The team was Jan Lindsay , Catherine Ross, Sue Mc Donagh ,Wendy MacLaughlin, Rosie McCrea and Noleen Huston. The return match at Rockmount was played on Sunday 9th May. It was a cool bright day with little wind. The match was a real cliff hanger and very close, with two of the pairs going to extra holes having been all square on the 18th !! The first pair won on the 20th hole, the 2nd pair won on the 17th and the third pair were beaten on the 19th. This made it all square in matches but Rockmount won by one hole !! The team was Leonie Power, Catherine Ross, Rosie McCrea, Kathleen Morrow, Sue McDonagh and Wendy MacLaughlin. Very Well done to the team and we go forward to play Royal Portrush on Sunday 30th May.
